Full-TimeJob Description:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at White Placard Systems Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in software projects. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for software projects.Conduct thorough business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.Solution Design and Documentation:Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for software development.Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and facilitate effective communication.Stakeholder Engagement:Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns.Quality Assurance:Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure that the delivered software meets business requirements.Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality of the software.Project Management Support:Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.Provide insights to project managers to ensure successful project delivery.SDLC Methodologies:Waterfall, Agile,

Good understanding of SCRUM and SPRINTS.Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in business analysis.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects.Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for complex software solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies.Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.If you are a seasoned Business Analyst with a proven track record of success in software projects and are ready to take on challenging and impactful roles, we invite you to apply.
