Job Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned and achievement-oriented professional for the position of NPD (New Product Development) and Artwork Project Executive to become a valuable member of our Startup team. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a proven history of effectively steering complete NPD projects and supervising artwork processes. This involves ensuring punctual delivery, adherence to regulatory standards, and the facilitation of high-quality production. Key Responsibilities:

NPD and Project Management:

  • Spearhead the introduction of new product lines, guiding the entire journey from conceptualization to in-store introduction and subsequent post-launch assistance.
  • Effectively handle numerous product launch initiatives concurrently, encompassing proposition testing and continuous assistance for post-launch endeavours.
  • Project-manage the launch of brand portfolios, guaranteeing strategic coherence with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive packaging material reviews to optimize product presentation and protection.
  • Implement fitment testing processes to ensure products seamlessly integrate with intended applications.
  • Oversee palletization strategies to enhance logistical efficiency and minimize transportation risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline packaging, fitment, and palletization procedures for optimal results.


Artwork Project Management:

  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders (marketing, regulatory, logistics, finance) and external partners (pack change analysts, site, artwork houses) in the artwork process.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance across multiple markets and languages.
  • Coordinate the artwork process within the supply chain, involving various internal departments and external parties such as factories, printers, and artwork providers.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet artwork production schedules, taking ownership of timely artwork changes and escalating issues to key stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external artwork providers, printers, and suppliers to achieve high-quality and cost-effective artwork production.


Qualifications, Personal, and Professional Attributes:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or PMP certification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience required – 1.6 to 2 years
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management for New Product Development,with a preference for experience in the consumer goods industry.
  • Showcase outstanding project management and organizational skills.
  • Exhibit effective communication and collaboration abilities, fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Display proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Embrace a proactive problem-solving approach and maintain a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
