Overview: The MidLevelUI/UX Designer will play a key role in creating intuitive andvisually appealing digital experiences for our organization. Thisrole is crucial for ensuring that our products and services alignwith user needs and business goals ultimately enhancing usersatisfaction and engagement. KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and userneeds.
  • Design user interface elements such asmenus tabs and widgets for our digital assets.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and validatedesign decisions.
  • Create wireframesstoryboards and sitemaps to communicate design ideas.
  • Develop interactive prototypes for user testing andstakeholder feedback.
  • Iterate on designs basedon user feedback usability testing and analytics.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibilityand implementation.
  • Stay updated on industrytrends and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Advocate for a usercentered design approach throughoutthe organization.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic DesignHumanComputer Interaction or related field.
  • 3years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobileapplications.
  • Proficiency in tools such asSketch Adobe XD InVision and Figma.
  • Strongunderstanding of interaction design principles andtypography.
  • Ability to conduct usabilitytesting and interpret user feedback.
  • Experience with designing responsive and adaptiveinterfaces.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of frontenddevelopment technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript is aplus.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UXdesign projects and process documentation.
