Job Description
Job Title: Regional Manager (Heading for Oprs & BD)
Reporting: Head-TPI Service
Role Overview:
The Regional Head will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, and ensuring overall profitability in the assigned region. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and customer relationship management skills to expand market presence while ensuring smooth operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Lead negotiations for large accounts and ensure long-term business sustainability.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily regional operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality of services.
- Monitor and optimize resource deployment to meet client and business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, financial controls, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Accounts, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive performance management, training, and career development initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Strategic & Financial Management:
- Develop regional budgets and monitor financial performance against targets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business decisions.
- Drive cost optimization without compromising quality or service delivery
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen with proven track record in sales / operations leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage performance effectively.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with decision-making capability.
- Strong knowledge in Automotive sector (e.g., Staffing, Engineering Services, Consulting).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any form
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Automotive engineering service (business development / operations), with at least 3 to 4 years in a regional leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing P&L responsibility.
- Exposure to managing large teams and multi-location operations.
Work Location : Baisla House, Shyam Colony, Sector 4, Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, Haryana
Weekly Off : Sunday
