Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will transform content into visually engaging formats that elevate our communication across proposals, presentations, flyers, and other internal and external assets.

The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content and translate it into compelling visual designs.


• Create and refine proposal documents, flyers, posters, banners, and digital assets for various communication needs.


• Design and format PowerPoint presentations to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual impact.


• Uphold brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all deliverables.


• Proactively suggest creative enhancements to improve visual storytelling and user engagement.


• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or any field.


• Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.


• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and PowerPoint.


• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.


• Demonstrated expertise in presentation design (PowerPoint is a must).


• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in creating corporate communication material


• Familiarity with basic video editing and animation


• Knowledge of print and digital design requirements


• Exposure to enterprise environments or consulting/Big 4 firms is a plus
