Job Title

HR Trainee

Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.

Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.

Help in performance management and training coordination.

Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees.

Work closely with the HR team to implement HR strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

MBA in HR (mandatory).

0–1 year of relevant experience (internship/full-time).

Female candidates only.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High level of confidentiality, integrity, and eagerness to learn.
