Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Architect Location: TechM Pune Sharda Years of Experience: 15+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in Java Design Patterns to join our dynamic team at TechM Pune Sharda. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in software architecture and design, demonstrating a deep understanding of architectural principles and best practices. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead architectural initiatives and drive innovation while ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable and robust software architectures using Java Design Patterns. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and refine architectural requirements and solutions. Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices in software design and development. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high quality software delivery. Mentor and guide junior architects and developers in architectural principles and Java Design Patterns. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Document architectural decisions and maintain architecture artifacts. Participate in stakeholder meetings to communicate architectural vision and strategy. Mandatory Skills: Expert knowledge of Java Design Patterns and their practical applications. Proven experience in software architecture and design, particularly in Java based environments. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Experience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of front end technologies (Angular, React, etc.) is a plus. Experience in leading architectural initiatives in large scale projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture. Proven track record of successful project delivery and architectural leadership. Relevant certifications in software architecture or design patterns are a plus.
