Job Description:

- 3 to 12 years of experience with Oracle HCM.- Must have experience of 4 or more life cycle implementations or support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design- A strong understanding of best practices across different HR business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and related application functionalities.- Must have experience working on all phases of the project – client demos/ workshops, Requirement gathering, analysis/ design, configuration, conducting CRPs, validate, transition, testing & UAT, cut over, go-live and support.- Good communication skills and prior experience on client facing roles.- Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes
