We're Hiring: Executive Assistant to CFO & Leadership
Hyderabad, India | On-site | Global Exposure
Fortis India (a division of DOWC Technologies Pvt Ltd, subsidiary of Dealer Owned Warranty Company - USA) is looking for an exceptionally talented Executive Assistant to support our CFO and senior leadership team.
This is not a routine admin role - it's a strategic, high-trust position where you'll act as the right hand to C-Suite executives, managing high-volume communication, prioritizing calendars, preparing executive briefs, and coordinating with global teams.
If you're a strong communicator, sharp decision-maker, and confident working with senior stakeholders, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Manage and prioritize 300+ executive emails daily; draft responses and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle C-Suite calendars, ensuring leadership focuses only on high-priority engagements.
Prepare briefings, reports, and agendas for leadership meetings.
Act as a gatekeeper, filtering requests and making independent decisions on priorities.
Coordinate with global leadership teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain strict confidentiality in handling financial and strategic information.
Support strategic projects under CFO oversight and travel abroad for training when required.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years' proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite / Senior Leadership.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
Strong expertise in email and calendar management at executive level.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
Immediate joiners only (notice period not exceeding 2 weeks ).
Any academic qualification is fine - what matters is capability, confidence, and communication.
