Job Description:

As a Content Writer at CXO Lanes, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and impactful content tailored for LinkedIn. Your role will also involve creating visually appealing images that complement your written content, helping to drive engagement and increase our brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation for LinkedIn: Write and edit high-quality, engaging, and professional content for LinkedIn posts, including text, articles, and updates.
  • Visual Content Creation: Design or collaborate with designers to create images, infographics, and other visual content that aligns with the written posts and reinforces the brands message.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with the companys tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and best practices to optimize content performance.

Qualifications:

  • Writing Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Visual Design Skills: Experience with image creation tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate creative ideas and content that resonates with a professional audience.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • LinkedIn Savvy: In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn as a platform, including its features, tools, and best practices.
