This is a full-time remote position requiring a dedicated home workspace. A company laptop will be provided. Key Responsibilities Handle daily administrative operations and maintain proper documentation. Manage basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, bookkeeping, and reconciliations. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and records. Coordinate with internal teams and clients professionally. Maintain organized records of expenses, receipts, and accounting documentation. Support daily business operations by ensuring smooth workflow. Handle email communication, tracking updates, and maintaining databases. Follow company procedures and ensure compliance in admin and accounts-related activities. Skills & Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in Admin or Accounting roles. Good communication skills (English & Hindi). Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, tools, and MS Office. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Must have a proper working setup at home (quiet space, stable internet). Company laptop will be provided . Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
