Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Product Manager / Business Analyst who doesn’t just follow trends but sets them. You should have a deep passion for solving complex healthcare challenges by thinking differently, using the latest technologies to create solutions that truly matter. You will lead product development from the ground up, with a focus on redefining how healthcare challenges are addressed, by integrating cutting-edge technologies into trans-formative products.
Your Mission:
- Lead the product strategy and drive the development of new features by identifying existing problems and rethinking them with a fresh perspective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document product requirements from scratch, ensuring that solutions are designed to tackle real challenges in innovative ways.
- Stay ahead of the curve in healthcare compliance, while ensuring that all products not only meet but exceed regulatory standards.
- Leverage AI, AR/VR, IoT, and other advanced technologies to create healthcare products that solve real-world problems in novel ways.
- Analyze market trends, gather user feedback, and uncover new opportunities for product enhancements that challenge the status quo.
What You Bring:
- Min 6-7 years of experience in HealthTech product management or business analysis, with a proven track record of solving problems using innovative approaches.
- Expertise in building groundbreaking HealthTech solutions by applying AI, AR/VR, IoT, and other advanced technologies.
- A technical mindset and an in-depth understanding of healthcare challenges, with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable, tech-driven solutions- thinking out-of-box is what we value
- Proven experience in developing enterprise-level healthcare products that make a difference.
- A Master’s degree or full-time diploma in a healthcare-related discipline.
- A strong HealthTech background with a passion for continuous innovation.
