Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of SAP projects and ensure successful implementation across multiple modules and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep SAP functional/technical expertise, proven project delivery leadership, and the ability to manage global teams in a hybrid or agile environment.Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the delivery of SAP projects (implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support) ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.- Drive project governance, delivery strategy, and stakeholder communication.- Collaborate with functional and technical teams across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, Success Factors, BTP, etc.).- Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and issue resolution.- Serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal leadership for delivery and escalation management.- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / Agile delivery methodologies and internal best practices.- Coordinate with PMO and cross-functional leads for project documentation, reporting, and compliance.- Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and solution design discussions when required.- Foster a high-performing delivery culture, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications- 12+ years of total SAP experience, with at least 5 years in a delivery or project management role.- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA (on-premise or cloud) and associated technologies.- Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementations or large-scale rollouts.- Experience in handling multi-module, multi-location SAP projects.- Solid knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Service Now, or equivalent).- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
