Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce technologies, particularly focused on Scheduler Trailhead, Zoom integration etc. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions with a strong emphasis on scheduling capabilities and seamless integration with external systems like Zoom. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance business workflows and user experiences for our global clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on Scheduler Trailhead to optimize scheduling processes and enhance business operations.
  • Build and maintain integration solutions, connecting Salesforce with external platforms such as Zoom to streamline communication and virtual meetings.
  • Develop and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components to enhance platform functionality and improve user interfaces.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flows to minimize manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Leverage OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures) to create seamless, guided processes for end-users.
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices for efficient and reliable release cycles.
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Communication, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Scheduler Trailhead, and Zoom integration.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Scheduler Trailhead and Zoom integration.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) is required.
  • Salesforce OmniStudio certification (preferred).
  • Familiarity with API development and integration tools.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
