Title: Video Editor and Videographer

Positions : 01
Employment Type : Full-Time
Location: Narsingi, Kokapet, Hyderabad
Work Timings : 9.30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Reporting to: Manager-(Digital Marketing & Communications)

BASIC FUNCTION (JOB SUMMARY)

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor with Videography
expertise to produce high-quality video content for Hare Krishna Charities. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for filming, editing, and optimizing engaging videos including short-form
content (Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, interviews, and short-docs).
You should have a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, along with
hands-on experience in shooting, lighting, and post-production. 3+ years of experience in a B2C
brand or an agency, along with portfolio work, would be preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Videography & Shooting
a)Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content (indoor/outdoor).
b)Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and audio equipment.
c)Set up proper lighting, framing, and composition for professional-grade footage.
d)Capture B-roll, interviews, and event coverage as needed.
e)Ensure brand consistency in visual style and tone.

2. Video Editing & Post-Production
a)Edit raw footage into engaging, polished videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other
platforms.
b)Create impactful short-form content (Reels, Shorts) optimized for social media trends.
c)Add motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, and color grading for enhanced
appeal.
d)Ensure smooth pacing, transitions, and storytelling flow.
e)Sync audio, remove background noise, and enhance overall video quality.

3. Content Strategy & Optimization
a)Stay updated with social media trends to create viral-worthy edits.
b)Work with the marketing team to align videos with brand messaging and campaign goals.
c)Strong storytelling sensibility to capture compelling videos for optimal impact.

4. Equipment & Software Management
a)Maintain and manage video equipment (cameras, lenses, mics, lighting, etc.).
b)Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop/illustrator.
c)Knowledge of AI editing tools (Runway ML, etc.) is a plus.
