About Us: SITU is a women’s everyday and casual wear brand focused on comfort, inclusivity, and effortless style. As we grow beyond our website to platforms like Myntra, Ajio, and more, we are expanding our team to include a dynamic individual who is passionate about e-commerce and learning across multiple functions. Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive E-commerce Executive who can handle multiple aspects of online business operations. This is an all-rounder role—ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things, and growing with a fast-evolving brand. Responsibilities: Manage product listings across our website and external marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart etc.) Maintain and update product Excel sheets, stock reports, and dashboards Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch and order fulfillment Handle basic telecalling for abandoned checkouts and customer follow-ups Monitor daily sales, stock levels, and online performance metrics Assist in content uploads, pricing updates, and offer management across platforms Support in operational and marketing activities as required Requirements: 1+ of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail preferred Strong Excel and data management skills Understanding of online marketplaces (Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, etc.) Excellent communication skills — fluency in English, Hindi & Tamil Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to learning new skills Must be a multitasker who enjoys variety and fast-paced work environments Why Join Us: At SITU, we value curiosity, ownership, and growth.
