About Us:
Bititude Technologies is a dynamic and growth-oriented company that values a strong workplace culture. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and help drive HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the recruitment process for developers, designers, and other roles by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborate with technical and designing teams to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Oversee administrative processes and ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Implement and integrate new technologies to improve HR efficiency.
  • Investigate and address employee concerns with impartiality.
  • Support employees with appraisals, benefits, and HR-related queries.
  • Report HR matters to senior management or the CEO.
  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and best practices.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, including Employee Handbook, Policies, and Contracts.
  • Manage labor-related renewals and ensure compliance with state, federal, and local employment laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 Years of experience in IT Industry
  • Strong knowledge of the HR cycle and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and management capabilities.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathetic and fair approach to HR matters.
  • Negotiation skills for handling recruitment and payroll discussions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
