Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Bengaluru. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves budgeting, resource allocation, and addressing any issues that arise during the construction phase.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
- Strong Budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with Minimum 5-10 years of experience.
Professional certification in Project loop
Management (PMP) is a plus
