About the Fellowship

The Ken Impact Fellowship offers hands-on experience in the non-profit sector and a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to develop essential skills. Fellows will engage in key areas like social media branding, content research, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Gain:

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management : Assist with needs assessments, develop intervention plans for non-profits, and brainstorm sustainable tech solutions.
• Communications & Content Creation :
• Create and edit compelling communication materials, including case studies, social media posts, and presentations.
• Design engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Research and suggest strategies to increase online engagement and social media reach.
• Team Collaboration & Support : Work with the team on marketing and communications initiatives, and assist with administrative tasks, data entry, record keeping, and documentation.

Eligibility:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Postgraduate degree in the social sector
• Strong passion for social impact and commitment to sustainability
• Willingness to travel for outreach and organizational activities
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Self-starter with a flexible, proactive learning approach

Fellowship Details:

• Duration : 6 months (26 weeks)
• Location : Hybrid model - office-based in Visakhapatnam with required travel
• Stipend : ₹12,000 per month
