About the Role


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a dynamic flexible workspaces firm with a best-in-class track record of transforming commercial office spaces.

Job Description

Responsibilities:


Incorporate business input in the design and layout of the existing and upcoming centres to optimize the cost as well as the revenue potential.

• Design, document and execute multiple simultaneous high-quality projects, by collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify and select products and vendors that meet brand standards.

• Maintain high documentation standards, both internally and externally by quality checking external consultants’ deliverables and submissions.

• Be responsible for determining and organizing functional requirements, providing programming, and space planning.

• Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

• Incorporate into projects The Hive standard, design, and brand ideals.

• Support the business team in due diligence process wherever needed.



Qualifications:


Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Project Management


Experience:


5+ years of professional design experience in high quality real estate projects

• Experience in successfully leading high growth teams



Skill Sets Expected:


Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a lean/agile team in a fast-paced environment.

• Capable of performing well under pressure and meeting deadlines

• Should be able to single-handedly steer the conceptual designs, presentations of facilities.

• Proficient in programs such as AutoCAD, Revit etc.

• Skill in applying building materials and construction details.

• Reliable, focused and detail oriented.

• Strong time management and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams – vendors, contractors, service consultants, etc.,

• Exposure to Rendering and presentation platforms such as Lumion / InDesign / Sketchup will be an added advantage
