Role : Data Scientist (Generative AI Expert)

Experience : 1-3 Yr(s)

Type: On-site (5 days a week)

Pay Package range: 8 Lpa - 12 Lpa


We are seeking a Generative AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in python, GenerativeAI, ML, NLP, CV. You will be involved in development activities of diverse use case powered by Generative AI models.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or Generative AI Specialist.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in developing and training AI/ML models.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python programming languages (Must have)
  • OpenAI technologies (Chat completion, Fine-tuning, Function calling, GPTs, Assistants, ChatGPT UI, Code interpreter, Document retrieval, DALL-E, GPT-4 vision, GPT-4o, and other functionalities from OpenAI documentation)
  • Langchain, Pinecone, Airtable
  • Multiagent frameworks: LangGraph, Autogen, CrewAI
  • Python backend frame works like: Django or FastAPI or Flask
  • Generative image & video generation tools (Stable diffusion, Sonar, Mid journey)
  • Open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Gemini, AWS Bedrock foundational models, fine-tuning open-source models, small language models)
  • GitHub, VSCode
  • Stay updated with the latest AI research and integrate new technologies as appropriate.

Good to Have:

  • Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Content Safety, Azure AI Vision, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure AI Language etc)
  • AWS services (IAM ,Textract, Lambda functions, S3 bucket, SageMaker, ECR, API Gateway, AWS Route 53 and CloudFront)
  • Understanding of hardware acceleration techniques, such as GPU computing, for training and inference of large-scale models.

Soft Skills:

  • A good team player with effective communication and leadership skills
  • Proactive attitude with extreme ownership and delivery oriented mind set
  • Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in the AI field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup development environment (highly preferred).
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and tight deadlines (highly preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills
