Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and customer service.
• Oversee sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve quality, and optimize supply chain logistics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for profit improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in retail or e-commerce industry with a focus on P&L management.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce development principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proven track record of driving business results through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
