Visit ) The Qualifications We Seek Technical Skills Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Advanced proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, DBT, Quicksight, and Excel Behavioral Skills Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Effective time management and adaptability High attention to detail and strong critical thinking Functional Skills Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Expertise in data analysis and process improvement Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience in marketing analytics and campaign evaluation Knowledge of data visualization best practices Experience in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration Key Outputs "Path to Target" documents with accurate funnel metric projections Business insights presentations with clear, actionable recommendations Your Daily Tasks Path to Target Analysis Purpose: Evaluate and project the expected performance of business plans (e.G., program plans, sales plans, event plans) against Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals. Conduct 6-quarter look-back analysis of full-funnel performance metrics. Develop methodology, analyze data, and provide business insights on new customer acquisition programs by market. Analyze spend and capacity data to create realistic future projections. Validate inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with historical and market data. Deliver "Path to Target" documents outlining expected funnel metrics for proposed plans. Purpose: Evaluate the success or failure of commercial programs to uncover actionable insights for future ePorts. Activities: Analyze key traits of successful and unsuccessful campaigns. Identify root causes of poor performance and recommend improvements. Deliver concise recommendations to optimize future ePorts. Conduct stakeholder communication, data transformation, and quality assurance. Business Insights Purpose: Provide go-to-market, BDR, Sales, and Marketing teams with actionable insights and recommendations based on visualizations and reports. Activities: Collaborate with the Enterprise Apps team on data and reporting requirements (e.G., ICP, channel reporting, economic metrics, goal pacing). Define metrics for tracking progress on business objectives. Collaborate with the Data Visualization team to specify report requirements. Perform UAT on dashboards and reports created by the Data Visualization team. Use visualizations to analyze RevOps business processes and generate insights. Refine and document business processes based on analytical findings. Create supplementary executive reports based on visualizations and insights.
