Job description

**WE HAVE VACANCY FOR (SENIOR RESIDENT ,ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in ENT Department ) FOR PRIVATE MEDICAL COLLEGE IN JABALPUR ( MADHYA PRADESH )

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: MS(ENT)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE .

  • for Assistant Professor 1-2 years of experience.
  • for Senior Resident 0-1 years of experience.
  • experience should be from recognized permitted medical college after acquiring related Degree.
  • Salary:- As per industrial norms

Academic Duties:-

  • *Supervise and support teaching assistants.
  • *Participate in departmental and college activities.
  • *Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees.
  • *Evaluate, monitor and mentor student academic progress.
  • *Transfer to students theoretical information, practical skills, methods and techniques

SR Clinical Duties:-

  • Perform independently /assist in procedures as per the clinical privileges authorized.
  • Treat & manage the / in patients.
  • Maintain a patient log book/ records.
  • To assist with review of patient\'s medical records as part of quality assurance studies. Gather data for quality assurance studies.
  • To complete patient history form, visit patient and review medical record. Obtain relevant clinical information for inclusion in report.
  • Interaction with patient attendants to brief them about current status, anticipated recovery and any other specific issues or problems
  • Supervise all nursing/ paramedical & non-medical staff of the department to maintain discipline and high standard of medical care at the department as per standard operating procedure.
