Position - Senior Engineer - Mongo DB DBA Experience - 4 - 6 Years Location - Hyderabad ( Work from Office) We’re seeking a skilled Mongo DB Migration Specialist with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in migrating Mongo DB databases across on-prem, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid environments. If you're passionate about data integrity, performance tuning, and seamless migrations — we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end Mongo DB database migrations across diverse environments. Ensure data integrity and performance during and post-migration. Support cloud transitions to AWS, Azure, GCP , or hybrid models. Optimize Mongo DB replication, sharding, indexing, and backups. Automate migration tasks with Python, Bash, or Power Shell . Troubleshoot migration challenges and minimize downtime. Collaborate with DBAs, Dev Ops, and stakeholders to ensure success. Maintain documentation and report progress throughout the project lifecycle. What We’re Looking For : Strong hands-on experience with Mongo DB (v5.x – 7.x). Deep understanding of replication, sharding, backup, and performance tuning . Experience with Mongo DB Atlas, Ops Manager , or other migration tools. Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Power Shell . Familiarity with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP. Excellent problem-solving and cross-team collaboration abilities. Nice to Have : Mongo DB certification (DBA/Developer). Experience with Kubernetes and Docker . Exposure to large-scale migrations .
