Recognized by Great Place to Work in India, Chile, Romania, the US, and the UK in 2022, we offer a dynamic, growth-oriented, and meritocracy-based culture that prioritizes continuous learning and skill development and work-life balance.Watch this VideoWhat you will be doing at Evalueserve:Reviewing, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of client contracts including master service agreements, partnership agreements, reseller agreements, and other commercial contracts at a global level.Reviewing, negotiating and drafting vendor contracts such as purchase of goods and services, equipment lease agreements, subscription agreements etc.Drafting and reviewing real estate agreements such as lease agreements, maintenance agreements, fit out agreements, etc.,Drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology contracts such as license agreements, content subscription agreements, website terms and conditions, EULA, App terms of Use etc.Assisting in providing advisory support on employment / HR matters (across jurisdictions mainly US, Europe & India) including but not limited to termination letters, settlement agreements, notices, reply to notices, and applicable labour laws.Assisting in liaising with external counsel(s).Assisting in formulating compliance frameworks and managing and tracking client compliance,Assisting in drafting compliance policies, SOPs, and related documentation,Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law,Creating and managing trackers for monitoring client requirements,Participating in internal and external audits,Engaging in automation initiatives,Performing other tasks as assigned.What we're looking for:Law graduate from a reputed law college (CS qualification is a plus).8-12 years post-qualification experience.Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident.If you Want to learn more about our culture and what it is like to work with us?Write to us at: : The above job description serves as an informative reference for the tasks you may be required to perform.
