What You'll Do

You will:

  • Own and drive backend architecture and development using
    , building scalable, high-performance services.
  • Design, build, and optimize
    APIs
    , microservices, and integrations.
  • Work with
    MongoDB
    for data modeling, schema design, performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with front-end devs (React + Vite) to define interfaces, data contracts, and integrate front/backend.
  • Handle deployment, infrastructure, and operations on
    AWS
    (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.), ensuring high availability, security, logging, scalability.
  • Ensure code quality: tests, code reviews, best practices, documentation.
  • Participate in architectural decisions, trade-offs, and mentor junior team members.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Backend:
Deep expertise in
, Express, building and maintaining backend services in production.

Database:
Strong experience with
MongoDB
: schema design, indexing, querying, scaling, performance optimisation.

Frontend Collaboration:
Comfortable with front end using
React
(with Vite), understanding of how backend & frontend interact.

Cloud / Deployment:
Strong experience in
AWS
: setting up environments, deployment pipelines, monitoring, security.

Architecture & Scaling:
Experience with microservices, distributed systems, handling high traffic, fault tolerance.
