We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong experience in home projects—someone who understands the intricacies of working in private residences, luxury apartments, and villas, where precision, quality, and attention to detail matter as much as structural soundness.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee civil and structural works for residential interior projects, ensuring compliance with design intent and technical standards.


• Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and project managers to translate design concepts into technically sound execution.


• Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility checks before and during project execution.


• Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates for civil works.


• Supervise contractors, vendors, and in-house teams to ensure timely and quality completion of works such as demolitions, partitions, flooring, false ceilings, and structural modifications.


• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.


• Resolve on-site technical issues, providing innovative yet practical solutions.


• Coordinate with MEP teams (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) to ensure seamless integration of services with civil work.


• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and quality control records.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred but not essential).


• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on residential/home projects.


• Proven ability to handle luxury apartments, villas, or private residences.


• Strong technical knowledge of materials, structural integrity, and finishing works.


• Experience in reading and interpreting design drawings and coordinating with design teams.


• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and vendor coordination.
