Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow is highly preferred, along with experience in Ivanti or Atlassian platforms.Key Responsibilities:ITSM Implementation & Management- Lead ITSM implementations (preferably ServiceNow) from scoping through deployment- Configure core ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management- Design workflows, state transitions, notifications, and approval processes- Ensure platform configurations are optimized and consistentSolution Architecture & Design- Design end-to-end ITSM architecture solutions aligned with business objectives- Lead architectural design of complex ITSM implementations across enterprise environments- Create solution prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate architectural approaches- Define technology selection strategies for optimal ITSM solutions⚙️ Please note: This is NOT an ITSM Operations or Service Delivery Manager role.
