HIOX is a leading technology company specializing in web hosting and development services. We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Technical Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Lead Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance, support, and leadership to our team of analysts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, including clients, to identify and analyze their technical requirements. Your expertise and knowledge of the latest technologies will enable you to provide strategic solutions and recommendations that align with our clients' business goals.

The ideal candidate for this position is a seasoned professional with solid analytical skills, a strong understanding of technology, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. You should be able to thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical analysts, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their technical requirements and provide strategic solutions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of systems and processes to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve the delivery of technical solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical analyst role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of web hosting and development technologies.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
