PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Digital Analytics Specialist is responsible for developing, automating, maintaining, and supporting reporting solutions for Organization. This role involves analyzing data across Organization’ website and digital functions to optimize the business proposition and drive overall ecommerce and website performance. The specialist will work closely with the digital team to ensure the success of these initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

· Own the website/digital performance reporting and dashboards.

· Develop specific analytics/reporting strategies to meet agreed objectives and outcomes using Power BI, MS Excel, BI Tools and Google Analytics.

· Develop/automate dashboards and reports to improve operational efficiency.

· Provide insightful analysis and advanced reporting on various aspects of the website’s technical and trading performances.

· Analyze web metrics and data to provide clear reports, analysis, insights, and recommendations to improve the web trading experience and website performance.

· Deliver standardized data, reporting, analysis, and insights to the team and internal stakeholders.

· Work closely with IT and BI teams to address any issues related to data repository and design. This includes developing new datasets, tables, data flow, testing results, data mapping, and migration.

· Analyze web performance using different business intelligence (BI) and web analytics tools.

· Leverage data storytelling to present complex data in an understandable and compelling manner.

· Troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs in existing dashboard and automation systems.

· Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Google Analytics reporting, including creating and customizing dashboards and reports.

· Exhibit proficiency in Google Analytics setup, including tracking code implementation, goal and funnel configuration, and data filtering.

· Thorough understanding of website metrics, data analysis, behavioral analysis and reporting tools.

· Create documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for workflow and process mapping, as well as training manuals.

· Contribute to the development and execution of Organization’ digital strategies and plans.

· Participate in or lead special digital projects as needed.

Experience, Qualifications & Personal Attributes:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

· Ideally 5 years of relevant experience in web, digital, BI analytics.

· Certificate in high-level Analytical platforms (Adobe/Google Analytics) is preferred.

· Demonstrable knowledge of latest ecommerce trading, Digital data platforms and usability.

· Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in Power BI/Tableau/ Data studio.

· Experience in MS Power BI, MS Power Automate, DAX, SQL, and VBA Macro.

· Proficiency in use, management, and setup of Google Analytics

· Experience with building dashboards, optimizing funnels, AB testing required.

· Understanding of data nuances and focus on quality.

· Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies with creative and visual skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

· Avid interest in emerging and new trends in IT, digital, data and customer behavior.

· Strong execution focus, multi-tasking, deadline driven combined with ability to manage own time.
