From insight to execution, you’ll guide teams, partner with clients, and build strategic narratives that fuel creativity and drive transformation.You’ll help define not just how we work—but how we think, grow, and lead.The Impact You’ll DriveSet the strategic direction for key clients and agency-wide initiativesBuild long-term brand strategy frameworks that power campaigns, innovation, and transformationLead strategy in pitches, brand workshops, and senior-level client conversationsMentor and grow a team of strategists—cultivating thinking, leadership, and impactIntegrate brand, digital, data, and culture into a unified, insight-driven narrativeCollaborate with creative, media, and account leads to align strategic vision and executionLead internal strategy rituals, thought leadership, and team development initiativesWhat You’ll Bring7 -9 years of experience in brand/communication strategy, with 2–3 years leading teamsFamiliarity with strategic frameworks, GenAI tools, and research platformsExperience leading strategy across large accounts and multiple categoriesA sharp eye for insights, narrative thinking, and creative opportunityProven ability to influence senior stakeholders—internal and client-sideStrong communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling skillsPassion for mentoring and building high-performing strategy teams
