About the Role :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our team.

- You will play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from our data to drive informed decision-making across the organization.

- You will leverage your expertise in statistics, machine learning, and programming to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable data science projects.

- Collect, clean, and prepare large datasets for analysis.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

- Develop and implement machine learning models to solve specific business problems (e.g., classification, regression, recommendation systems).

- Evaluate and validate the performance of machine learning models.

- Communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences through clear and concise visualizations and presentations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science methodologies and tools.

- Document your work thoroughly for future reference and collaboration.

- Participate in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure.

- Maintain a high standard of coding practices and software development principles.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.

- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) a plus.

- Experience with data wrangling and data cleaning techniques.

- Understanding of database concepts (SQL) a plus.

- Curiosity and passion for exploring and uncovering insights from data.
