NetSuite Solution Architect / Implementation Specialist (Anywhere in India)
Yantra is a Management Consulting and IT Services firm and our Business Consulting team helps in defining scalable, secure, and efficient business processes and solutions. Yantra has Headquarters in California, USA with offices in Canada and India. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Solution Architect to join our team at Yantra. Individuals with at least 12 years of proven experience of developing and delivering transformation programs in diverse industries are encouraged to apply. Candidates with entrepreneurial skills and experience of driving growth in the startup ecosystem will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead NetSuite projects involving strategy, architecture, process improvements, and implementation support
Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation support, and technical success
Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
Collaborate and communicate with the executive team to facilitate on-time and on-budget project delivery
Interact with executive-level clients, assessing clients’ goals and the ability to translate ideas into strategic and practical solution recommendations
Requirements:
A minimum of twelve years of experience with NetSuite implementations with deep knowledge of Advanced NetSuite modules and ERP business process knowledge; NetSuite ERP Certification is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university
Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture Analysis, Data Analysis knowledge base in operations and systems evaluation
Experience in managing large projects and team members, and the ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
Excellent team-building, mentoring, and leadership abilities
Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing end-to-end
Background in accounting, finance, or manufacturing is considered a bonus
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through previous work experiences or achievements
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or on-site implementations when necessary.
