This is a client-facing role, requiring a professional who can engage effectively with clients, gather functional specifications, and translate them into clear technical specifications. The role also involves creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress

Job Description:Provide operations support for Oracle EBS Modules (iProcurement, Oracle Purchasing, Depot Repair, Installed Base, Order Management, CRM) and TCA.Work on Incident Requests, Service Requests, Jira Change Requests and Root Cause Analysis Problems.Troubleshoot technical and functional issues involving SQL, PL/SQL, data fixes and provide solutions through configurations, setup changes, Implement enhancements and problem management.

Skills Requirements:Good communication skills and capable of talking to ClientsExperience 10+ years of Oracle EBS (Techno-Functional) experience with R12.1.3 experience desirable.Technical and Functional expertise in the following areas: Supply Chain (PO,OM,INV), manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP, Depot Repair, Installed Base, CRM, Iprocurement). Finance (AP, AR, GL) and Fussion experience is a huge plusus.Should have development experience in the EBS environment in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow (RICEW) and Forms deliverables.Should have good hands-on working knowledge of AME/Workflow, Alerts, Unix Shell scripts, PL/SQL, XML, OAF, Web ADI, Forms & Reports builder (XML/BI, RDF, OBIEE)Expertise in Oracle SQL Queries and PL/SQLExpertise in Oracle Forms, Reports and Workflows and OAFAdvanced knowledge of working in Oracle Applications, integration interface designing, cross platform data migration web services design and HTML Development is a plus.Skilled in the development of Forms customizations and reports. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications interface, tables, and APIs.Expertise in RICE (has developed new Reports, Interface, Customization, Extensions & form personalization).Expertise in Oracle SQL Queries and PL/SQL.Experience of end-user interaction for requirements gathering, understanding customer needs, and working with multiple groups to coordinate and carry out technical activities which include new development, maintenance and production support activities.
