About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Renderer / Visualizer with a strong sense of style, aesthetics, and detail. The role demands someone who can bring concepts to life through photo-realistic 3D product renders, animations, and visualizations. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's visual storytelling by creating impactful visuals for product launches, campaigns, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renders of products, packaging, and environments.
  • Develop 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation using Blender (and other tools like Maya/3ds Max if required).
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver visuals aligned with campaign and brand objectives.
  • Work on concept visualization, prototypes, and final production renders.
  • Maintain consistency in visual output, ensuring premium aesthetics and brand guidelines are met.
  • Stay updated with the latest rendering techniques, software updates, and industry trends.
  • Support creative pitches and campaigns with compelling mockups and 3D visual concepts.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Blender Expertise – Advanced skills in modeling, lighting, shading, texturing, rendering, and animation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing photo-realistic product renders and creative visualization.
  • Experience with luxury, premium, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of composition, materials, lighting, and camera angles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/After Effects) for post-production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Animation, 3D Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in 3D rendering/visualization.
  • Strong eye for style, design, and luxury aesthetics.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of motion graphics and product animation.
  • Experience in cinematic rendering and virtual environments.
  • Familiarity with AR/VR visualization tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to product packaging visualization and digital campaigns.
