About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead IT initiatives from conception to deployment. This role involves driving project execution, building high-performing teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. If you are passionate about leading complex projects and creating impact through technology, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring maximum performance and alignment to goals.
  • Define requirements, develop schedules, budgets, risk plans, and oversee project implementation.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery.
  • Track progress, adapt plans, and resolve challenges to keep projects on target.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Coach and upskill project teams to enhance capability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, performance metrics, and governance processes.
  • Manage ERP and in-house platform development projects efficiently.
  • Report project status, outcomes, and risks to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 8–10 years of experience in IT project management.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing ERP projects and in-house platform development.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Keen focus on meeting deadlines and managing budgets effectively.
