Job Description: Mechanical/Civil Engineer (PHE & Fire Fighting Systems) We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical/Civil Engineer with over 20 years of design expertise in Public Health Engineering (PHE) and Firefighting systems , complemented by strong exposure to Electrical and HVAC services . The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering large-scale international and national projects across multiple sectors, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with global standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, review, and implementation of Plumbing, Drainage, Water Supply, and Fire Protection systems . Integrate PHE and Firefighting systems with Electrical and HVAC services for complete MEP solutions. Prepare design drawings, technical specifications, hydraulic calculations, and BOQs . Ensure adherence to international/local standards (NFPA, NBC, IS codes, IPC, BS, etc.). Conduct value engineering, feasibility studies, and risk assessments . Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution. Supervise design teams , provide technical guidance, and ensure quality assurance. Promote sustainable and water-efficient solutions in building and infrastructure projects. Projects Experience Includes: Commercial & Retail complexes Data Centres Airports & Infrastructure projects Residential & High-rise buildings Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or equivalent). 20+ years of proven design experience in PHE, Firefighting, Electrical, and HVAC services . Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, fire suppression technologies, and building codes . Proficiency in design tools/software (Auto CAD, Revit MEP, Epanet, or equivalent). Excellent coordination, leadership, and client management skills . Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
