Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  1. Prepare and submit Daily MIS reports to seniors and directors.

  2. Handle the payment, working preparation, and filing of monthly GST returns (GSTR-

1, GSTR-3B).

  1. Reconcile monthly GSTR-2B Form.

  2. Process payments, working preparation, and filing of TDS.

  3. Address TDS demand/queries of sister companies.

  4. Ensure timely payment of PF Challan & ESIC Challan for sister companies.

  5. Process payment of Profession Tax and file PTRC for sister companies.

  6. Assist in the finalization of accounts and manage auditors' queries.

Accounts & Data Management

  1. Perform data entry for sister companies, including Bank, Cash, Expenses, Bank

Reconciliation, and Investment Entries.

  1. Maintain physical document filing for sister companies.

  2. Organize and file physical documents received from external stakeholders.

  3. Follow up on jobs with banks and other institutions as assigned by seniors.

  4. Handle supplier payment and bank-related queries.

  5. Review credit card statements, secure approvals, and process payments.

  6. Ensure timely weekly payments to vendors and utility bills (Telephone, Electricity,

Property Tax, etc.) for sister companies.

  1. Prepare and update investment gain/loss reports in Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
