Job PurposeTo facilitate, Coordinate & Monitor effective implementation of Aditya Birla Operational Excellence (ABOE) Framework, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems and other world best practices/system in the plant through involvement of employees at all levels, in order to achieve the Vision of the Group also Creating a Safety culture across the organization.
Job Role :Accountability: ABOE Implementation : Supervise, coordinate and facilitate ABOE implementation as per the guidelines and planning across the plant.ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 : Organize, coordinate and ensure the effective implementation of above Systems in the plant as per Standards to improve system performance.World Class Manufacturing (WCM) To drive and assist HOD in effective implementation of WCM through involvement of employees in teams to achieve Total Customer SatisfactionABOE: Plan and establish TPM practices and disseminate it at grass root levels in order to achieve the key focus areas of Productivity, Quality, Cost, Safety and Morale.Internal and External Awards : Assist in preparation of internal awards and external awards for enhancement of employee’s morale/ motivation and structured development of all business areas.Management System : Ensure the effective implementation of various management systems viz. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 in the plant as per the standard requirements & other guidelines.Aditya Birla Operational Excellence, review and implementation : Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate ABOE implementation as per guidelines or framework across plant.
