We are seeking a seasoned Automation Test Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks using Selenium and Java. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality assurance, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test scenarios and automate regression suites.
  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e. g., Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes, and report defects with clarity.
  • Ensure high test coverage and maintain test scripts for scalability and reliability.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices in automation.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java (minimum 8 years).
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and Git.
  • Familiarity with REST API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with performance testing tools (e. g., JMeter).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (e. g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
