Mandatory Technical Skills

Must have Skills - Rest API, Splunk, SQLDeep Experience in using Web Frontends, Rest APIsExperience working in Linux/Unix OSVery good knowledge on mobile and web technologies and the different OS platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile)Deep Experience in middleware frameworks HTTP Servers (Apache/Nginix) and ability to perform deep detailed application troubleshootingExcellent knowledge of web technologies like HTTP protocol, SSL, headers, IP, APIsExperience working in Java application support by analyzing the logs in Splunk/InstanaExcellent communication skills (English), problem solving attitudeExposure to work in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) software development environmentsExposure to cloud environments like AWS and its fundamental functionalities.

Good to have Technical Skills

Experience in working in multi-location international teamsSkills in Mobile/Web app support would be beneficial.Experience with Jira and Confluence.Experience in Continuous Delivery tools, particularly configuration managementPrevious work on integration projects involving multiple IT components.Technical experience in database –Knowledge in SQL /PL/SQL or NoSQL

Roles and Responsibility

•The role owner will be responsible for the integration of the multiple systems within Vodafone and supporting external parties to integrate with our services and ensure components integrate properly and operate by executing tests and analyse results to identify areasof improvement.•Daily interaction will be required with the project team therefore the role owner requires strong communication skills to interact with different group teams.•The Integration Engineer is expected to become the hands-on product expert knowing different configuration options and app behaviour.•The integration engineer will also be supporting troubleshooting and root cause analysis for the several phases of the application lifecycle._VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer Commitment
