The Demi Chef De Partie will assist in food preparation and cooking, ensure high standards of food presentation and hygiene, and collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items. The Demi Chef De Partie's day-to-day tasks will include maintaining kitchen areas, monitoring stock and supplies, and ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes served.QualificationsExperience in food preparation and cooking, including culinary techniquesSkills in food presentation and maintaining high hygiene standardsAbility to collaborate with the kitchen team and develop new menu itemsExperience in stock monitoring and kitchen area maintenanceGood communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a teamRelevant culinary qualifications or certifications are a plusAbility to adapt to a remote, off-grid island location is beneficial
