Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Consultant Lead with deep expertise in BTP Build and Integration services to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade solutions on SAP’s Business Technology Platform. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations, extend core SAP applications, and enable digital innovations across S/4HANA and cloud environments.

This senior role requires strong technical hands-on experience, solution architecture skills, and the ability to lead teams through the full lifecycle of SAP BTP initiatives, from design and development to deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP BTP solutions focusing on Build and Integration services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and secure solutions on BTP.
• Design and implement integration scenarios using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, etc.).
• Build custom applications using SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Work Zone, and SAP Build Process Automation.
• Ensure seamless integration of BTP applications with S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership for development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing of BTP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BTP integrations and custom applications.
• Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP BTP features, updates, and industry trends to drive innovation.

Must Have

• At least 10+ years in SAP, with 5+ years of hands-on SAP BTP experience.
• Expertise in SAP BTP Build (Build Apps, Build Work Zone, Build Process Automation).
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh).
• Experience integrating BTP solutions with S/4HANA and SAP ECC systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud application architecture and security best practices.
• Proven track record of leading BTP implementation projects end-to-end.
• Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical solutions effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming) Model.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for BTP deployments.
• Knowledge of AI/ML or advanced analytics capabilities on SAP BTP.
• Familiarity with industry-specific solutions in manufacturing, pharma, or retail domains.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
