The role is 100% remote. We offer competitive compensation and 28 leave days annually.
Role and Responsibilities :
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in Next.js and a strong focus on front-end performance optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of building high-performance, user-friendly applications while continuously learning and expanding your technical skill set. Design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications using Next.js and modern front-end technologies.
Take a leadership role in front-end architecture, ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Continuously identify and implement performance enhancements for the front-end.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the team
Desired candidate profile:
Proven expertise in Next.js and modern front-end development with a focus on performance optimization.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and responsive design principles.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database integration.
Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Skills Preferred Qualification:
Knowledge of advanced optimization techniques for front-end performance.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices.
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress. Exposure to GraphQL and modern API standards.
