Job Description Job Title: Purchase Executive Experience: Minimum 2 Years | Freshers can apply Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase documentation. Candidates with a Life Sciences background and strong communication skills will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Handle purchase orders, quotations, and vendor follow-ups Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, delivery schedules, and material availability Maintain purchase records, invoices, and inventory data Prepare reports and track procurement data using MS Excel Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase/procurement (Freshers with good communication skills can apply) Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory) Good communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory) Educational background in Life Sciences preferred Good organizational and negotiation skills Required Skills: MS Excel & documentation Vendor coordination & follow-ups Purchase order processing Communication & negotiation skills Attention to detail & time management Requirements MS Excel (mandatory) Good Hindi & English communication Purchase/vendor coordination Basic documentation & follow-ups Life Sciences knowledge (preferred)
