Position Overview: We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to lead the candidate sourcing and generation process for Full Stack, Back-end, and Front-end developers, with a special emphasis on Engineering Managers. This role involves crafting and executing complex sourcing strategies using diverse methods and tools across various levels of positions. This is a hybrid role in Bangalore, India Employee will need to work onsite 2-3 days a week. Travel and Food included Key Responsibilities: Connect Candidates to Opportunities: Engage with motivated candidates to understand their skills and match them with job openings, creating pathways for their career growth. Build Relationships Creatively: Develop innovative strategies to leverage your social networks and industry communities, fostering a robust pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients. Drive Team Success: Take ownership of your workload, proactively delivering on metrics and commitments while maintaining focus amidst distractions. Enhance Team Expertise: Support the team's development by sharing insights and adapting to the fast-paced, ever-evolving work landscape. Qualifications: 4+ years of technical sourcing experience supporting major tech giants (e.g., large-scale, high-growth technology/product organizations) Candidates should have a proven track record sourcing complex technical roles, partnering with senior recruiters, and navigating fast-paced, highly matrixed environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to devise and implement creative sourcing strategies. Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques.
