Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist/Associate IT Recruiter. As a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent in IT for our clients across the US.
Responsibilities
1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
2. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and initial interviews, to determine their suitability and fitment for our client’s requirements.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
4. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring open and effective communication to keep them engaged and informed about the recruitment process.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand their specific needs and provide them with high-quality, pre-qualified candidates.
7. Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in recruitment to enhance the quality of our talent pool.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
