The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Hiring for: Indore Delhi Mumbai Responsibilities Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities, oversee marketing initiatives, negotiate deals with clients, and ensure seamless project delivery through effective coordination with implementation teams. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by managing every stage of the client journey, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Mentor, empower, guide and inspire the business development team to achieve their full potential and drive organizational growth. Demonstrate sound commercial judgment by finalizing business agreements with clients and partners, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. Represent organization at industry events and conferences, serving as a passionate advocate for climate change action. Qualifications Knowledge of various carbon offset standards like CDM, VCS, Gold Standard (GS), GCC, IREC, TIGR, GES etc. University degree in Environmental Sciences, Business, or a related field. 8 10 years' prior industry related business development experience. Proficiency in carbon markets, forestry, sustainability consulting, climate change mitigation/adaptation, nature-based solutions, and renewable energy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies. Focused and goal-oriented.
