Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Expert located in Ludhiana. The E-commerce Expert will be responsible for managing online sales channels, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, analyzing sales data, improving customer service experiences, and coordinating with various departments to streamline processes. Daily tasks include monitoring and updating product listings, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize revenue.
